I’m interested in what happens beneath the surface.
JOURNEY
My journey began somewhere seemingly unrelated: language. I studied philology and spent many years working across translation, interpreting and localisation, navigating the nuances of communication between languages, cultures and different contexts.
That work trained me to listen not only to what is said, but especially to what remains unsaid: the intention behind the words, the relationship between the people speaking, the context that gives those words meaning.
Over time, my interest expanded beyond language itself — towards the relationships between people, the patterns that repeat and the systems we are part of.
Today, I work as a Systemic Leadership Coach & Facilitator and trainer, supporting people and organisations who have reached a point where the obvious explanation is no longer enough.
I don’t look for simpler explanations.
I look for the whole picture.
HOW I WORK
Systemically
I look at the situation together with the context it belongs to: roles, relationships, belonging and history.
With rigour
I work with hypotheses, not certainties. We test what holds true in your reality, not in a model.
From multiple perspectives
I bring into the conversation the perspectives that are missing from the picture.
Without easy promises
The aim is not to eliminate complexity, but to find a clear way through it.
