Leadership & Team Dynamics
Facilitated processes focused on roles, relationships and recurring patterns within leadership teams.
See what the results don’t show and make better decisions by understanding the system behind them.
You lead people and the business delivers results, but there are signs that those producing them are no longer as engaged.
You have tried to find out what is not working, but the important information does not always reach you.
You want to see beyond the immediate problem, understand what is happening in the system and intervene where it matters.
This isn’t for you if you only want to “fix” the team without also looking at your own place within the system.
That’s why the process doesn’t begin with a standard package. It begins with what is happening in your system.
We begin with the specific situation and establish what you need to see, understand or change.
We look at the people, roles, relationships and perspectives relevant to the situation you bring.
We look at the leader, the team and the system so that solutions are not built from a single point of view.
The duration, 1:1 sessions and team interventions are established according to the needs of the system.
Investment is determined after the initial conversation based on complexity, duration and the interventions involved.
We begin with what you see now and what you need to change.
We look at the system from multiple perspectives and identify roles, relationships and patterns that influence what is happening.
Through questions and systemic tools, we explore what does not appear in everyday conversations and reports.
Clarify places, roles and responsibilities so that everyone can occupy the place that belongs to them in the system.
We turn what you have seen into better questions, more relevant conversations and clearer decisions.

I’m Veronica Țurlea, a Systemic Leadership Coach & Facilitator.
I work with leaders and teams to make visible the dynamics, roles and patterns behind decisions and performance, dynamics that don’t always show up in KPIs, reports or everyday conversations.
My work brings together coaching, facilitation and systemic thinking.

Facilitated processes focused on roles, relationships and recurring patterns within leadership teams.
Systemic exploration of situations in which multiple perspectives, competing priorities or unclear responsibilities were affecting decision-making.
Coaching and facilitation during periods of organisational change, role transitions or professional repositioning.
Group processes designed to make visible dynamics difficult to access through conventional discussion alone.
I’m not here to tell you what to do.
We build enough clarity for you to make better decisions.
„Experiența m-a ajutat să mă așez pe Locul Meu și să văd cum are nevoie sistemul să se echilibreze. Prezentul nu se mai simte copleșitor.”
„Ai însoțit și oferit spațiu și energie, loc pentru liniște și creștere.”
A leadership role comes with formal authority. But having authority and fully stepping into it are not the same thing.
When that position isn’t fully assumed, the system adapts. Decisions begin to migrate elsewhere. Informal authority emerges. Responsibilities become blurred. And tensions that appear to belong to individuals may actually be telling us something about the structure.
The question is not simply who is causing the problem.
The more useful question is: what is the system organising itself around?
You don’t make better decisions because you know everything.
You make them because you have learned to see more.
ARTICLE
In an organisation, safety doesn’t mean comfort. It means role clarity, functional hierarchy and healthy boundaries.
When the formal leader does not fully occupy their place, the system compensates. The team senses the confusion, decisions slow down and energy shifts from building to managing tension.
Sometimes the problem is not who the people are, but the places they are not occupying.
Start with what you can see. We can then decide whether systemic coaching and facilitation is the right fit for the situation.
